This coaching program consists of seven 45-minute sessions designed to help you learn the basics of habit design to make the changes you want finally stick.

My core Healthy Habit Designer program includes:

One 1-hour Discovery Session

This is where we dig in so I can understand what your WHY is, what’s motivating you, and what behaviors you’d like to start, stop, or change.

Six 45-minute Core Learning and Practice Sessions delivered over Zoom

During these sessions, we’ll help you understand how habits work and fine-tune the ones you’re working on.

Hands-on weekly exercises

We’ll work together to create new habits and understand why some worked and why some didn’t.

Session summaries delivered within 36 hours.

After each session, I’ll send you an email summarizing what we discussed, including a-ha moments and wins.

Worksheets and templates specific for each lesson.

These will be provided to you to assist in your habit creation and troubleshooting.

In-between session support directly from me via email or messaging using a dedicated app for your phone.

You’ll have direct access to me via email or using a coaching app on your phone, so as questions or victories arise, you can share them and get feedback.

Discounted rate for ongoing support session packages.

Should you want to continue working together after the initial program, I’ll offer you a discounted rate for more sessions, reserved only for previous clients.
